Bail Making Pliers

Bail Making Pliers have two round barrels of different sizes, used to wrap wire or strip into bails, loops and jump rings of a consistent size. A bail is the loop that lets a pendant hang from a chain, so getting it even and well shaped makes the piece look finished.
